Digitalnatie Service Suite

Manage your interventions, your technicians and your invoicing from a single platform.

Digitalnatie Service Suite is a field service management platform. It brings together in a single tool service orders, scheduling, maintenance contracts, stock, sales and invoicing.

Three interfaces, one platform:

Manager

Run your operations from the management workspace: dashboard, service orders, scheduling, quotations and invoices.

Technician

Work in the field through the Technician PWA: interventions, time tracking, parts used, report and signature.

Customer

Receive quotations, reports and invoices by email / portal, and communicate through the Digitalnatie Mailbox.

For technical service SMEs: maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, equipment servicing, customer asset management. Ideal for a team of office-based managers and mobile technicians in the field.

Dashboard

Key metrics: interventions, delays, revenue.

Service orders

Create, assign and track the lifecycle of interventions.

Scheduling

Calendar and map view, technician assignment.

Maintenance contracts

Recurring interventions generated automatically.

A web application installable on a smartphone, designed for the field: list of the day’s interventions, start / end of job, recording the parts used, intervention report and customer signature, messaging and van stock.

An integrated email inbox: customer exchanges are linked to service orders and customer records. Incoming emails can become service orders.

Each intervention generates a PDF report and feeds invoicing: from quotation to invoice, by way of validating the work performed and the parts consumed.

Access protected by username and password, fine-grained management of role-based permissions (manager, technician, customer) and GDPR compliance. Each user sees only the data needed for their role.
