Introduction
Digitalnatie Service Suite is a field service management platform. It covers the entire cycle: customer request, service order, scheduling, on-site intervention, report, and invoicing.

The three roles
Section titled “The three roles”- Manager — runs the business from the management workspace.
- Technician — carries out interventions via the mobile application.
- Customer — receives quotations, reports and invoices by e-mail / portal.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Create and assign service orders.
- Schedule interventions by technician and by date.
- Track recurring maintenance contracts.
- Manage customers, assets, stock, sales and invoices.
- Communicate with customers via the Digitalnatie Mailbox.
- Generate signed intervention reports.
