Roles & permissions

Digitalnatie Service Suite distinguishes three roles. Each role has its own interface and its own permissions.

The manager runs the entire operation:

  • Creates and assigns service orders.
  • Manages the scheduling and the technicians.
  • Tracks maintenance contracts, customer assets and stock.
  • Issues quotations and invoices.
  • Manages user access.

The technician sees only their jobs:

  • List of the day’s jobs.
  • Start / end of work (time tracking).
  • Recording parts used (from their van stock).
  • Writing the report and customer signature.
  • Internal discussion.

The customer does not have access to the management workspace. They interact by email (via the Digitalnatie Mailbox) and receive:

  • The quotations to approve.
  • The signed intervention reports.
  • The invoices.
