Roles & permissions
Digitalnatie Service Suite distinguishes three roles. Each role has its own interface and its own permissions.
Overview

| Manager | Management workspace | Everything: orders, scheduling, sales, invoices, config |
| Technician | Technician PWA | Only their jobs for the day |
| Customer | Email / portal | Quotations, reports and invoices concerning them |
Manager
Section titled “Manager”The manager runs the entire operation:
- Creates and assigns service orders.
- Manages the scheduling and the technicians.
- Tracks maintenance contracts, customer assets and stock.
- Issues quotations and invoices.
- Manages user access.
Technician
Section titled “Technician”The technician sees only their jobs:
- List of the day’s jobs.
- Start / end of work (time tracking).
- Recording parts used (from their van stock).
- Writing the report and customer signature.
- Internal discussion.
Customer
Section titled “Customer”The customer does not have access to the management workspace. They interact by email (via the Digitalnatie Mailbox) and receive:
- The quotations to approve.
- The signed intervention reports.
- The invoices.
