AI Report Assistant

The AI Report Assistant helps your team turn a technician’s rough notes into a clear, professional report in seconds. From an open service order it can rewrite the report, summarize the intervention, translate it into Dutch, French and English, draft a customer email, and flag whether a follow-up is needed.

The AI Report Assistant on a service order The AI Report Assistant: one button per action, with the results shown in editable fields.

Open a service order and go to the AI Assistant tab. You will find one button per action and a field for the raw technician note. If that field is empty, the assistant falls back to the report already captured on the order (work done, issue found, solution applied).

ActionWhat it produces
AI Rewrite ReportA short, professional intervention report in the customer’s language
AI SummarizeA 2–3 sentence internal summary for the service team
AI Translate NL / FR / ENThe report in Dutch, French and English, side by side
AI Generate Customer EmailA ready-to-review email draft about the completed work
AI Analyze Follow-upWhether a follow-up is needed, an urgency level, and a proposed next action
  1. Open the service order and the AI Assistant tab.

  2. Type or paste the raw technician note — a few keywords are enough.

  3. Click AI Rewrite Report.

  4. Read the draft, adjust anything you like, and keep it on the order.

Example. From a rough note such as “pump noisy, filter replaced, customer wants a return next week”, the assistant produces a clean report like:

During the intervention the filter was replaced. An abnormal noise was noted on the pump. A follow-up visit is recommended for next week.
