Report & signature
At the end of the intervention, the technician writes a report and then has the customer sign directly on the smartphone screen. The signed report closes the intervention and serves as proof of completion.
Write the report
Section titled “Write the report”Use this step once the work is finished, before presenting the summary to the customer.

Open Intervention report.

Describe the work performed, the findings and any recommendations.

Check the summary: time spent and parts used.
Have the customer sign
Section titled “Have the customer sign”-
Present the summary to the customer.

Have them sign in the designated area (touch signature).

Validate. The signed report is saved and the intervention moves to Done.
After the signature
