Technician Intervention

This flow describes an intervention from the technician’s point of view, in the PWA.

Steps

1. Review — open the day’s intervention in My interventions.

2. Travel to the site — use the address for navigation.

3. Start — clock in the start of work.

4. Carry out the job & record parts — log the parts used from the van stock.

5. Finish — clock out at the end of work.

6. Report & signature — write the report and have the customer sign.
