Parts used

During the intervention, the technician records the parts used. They are deducted from the van stock and appear on the service order for invoicing.

Add a part

1. In the intervention, open Parts used.

2. Select the part from your van stock (search by name or reference).

3. Enter the quantity consumed.

4. Confirm. The part is added to the intervention list.

Effects of the entry

Effect	Detail
Van stock decrement	The quantity is removed from your van stock
Pushed to the order	The part appears on the manager side
Invoicing	The part can be invoiced to the customer

Enter exactly

Only record the parts that were actually installed and the correct quantities. An incorrect entry distorts both the stock and the invoice.

Tip

If a part is missing from your van, report it to your manager for replenishment. See Van stock.
