Maintenance flow

This flow describes preventive maintenance: interventions generated automatically from a recurring contract.

  1. Contract — the manager creates a maintenance contract: customer, asset(s), frequency.

  2. Automatic generation — at each due date, a preventive service order is created.

  3. Scheduling & intervention — the order is scheduled, then carried out via the PWA.

  4. Invoicing — based on the contract (flat fee or actual work).

  5. Recurrence — the next due date restarts the cycle.
